The Innovation Energy Produced by the Pandemic
UC Berkeley author and business adviser Homa Bahrami, a senior lecturer at the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business talks about how there is no ‘going back to normal’. Everyone needs to adapt and change in order to move forward. The pandemic has pushed companies to innovate and that innovation energy will drive the workforce for a long time.
Bahrami said, in pre-COVID times, everything was scheduled around work. Now, work has to find a place in people’s lives. With this new innovation energy, the expected changes will target all offices, big or small, main offices and branches, every industry, and every aspect of work whether collaboration, physical offices, management styles, etc.
