PRE-PROGRAM

  • Conducting feasibility studies
  • Market research for the program to be launched including target group research from our panel of corporate clients and individual participants
  • Developing a mutually acceptable program design

PROGRAM SALES & MARKETING

  • Global program sales and marketing to corporate clients and individual participants as needed
  • Program and partner institution’s publicity through interactions with press and media
  • Handling the enrollment process of participants
  • Tie ups with financial institutions for financing
  • Program brochure and marketing collateral preparation and dissemination
  • Conducting Open Houses and Program Days ensuring dissemination of program information to interested participants

PROGRAM DELIVERY

  • Handing all ground operations and logistics for the program including venue reservation, distribution of academic content, travel facilitation, participant liaison, project work facilitation, etc.
  • Some elements of the program delivery can be conducted by faculty sourced by Northwest
    Conducting group activities such as Outward Bound
  • Soft skill workshops
  • Leadership Seminars/Summits
