InterviewAll shortlisted candidates will go through a round of interviews before they are accepted into the program. These interviews may be conducted in person or over the telephone. KEY DATES Round Deadline Date Round 1 Closed Please Note: The early application and acceptance round increases your chances of acceptance in the program by 50% Considering the limited seats in the program and first come – first serve admission process, it is always more beneficial for candidates to apply as soon as possible. In this case, your application fee will then be considered for the next year’s program. Application fee is refunded only in the case an applicant is not offered an admission to the program. Participants in TLP will participate in an action learning project that ties together the key learnings from the program with a focus on real-world application. What is the mode of delivery?The Technology Leadership Program is a multi-modular blend of on-campus learning, live online webinars with MIT faculty, and an action learning project. During the off-campus modules, participants work on their action learning project, interact with MIT faculty through live, online sessions, and learn about breakthroughs in technology expected to create a significant impact on business and in life. Are there minimum requirements for the Technology Leadership Program?The program is open to applicants who meet the following basic criteria: A minimum of six years of work experience in functional, technical, or business roles Fluency in written and spoken English A graduate degree with a strong academic track record is suggested, but not required What is the selection process for this program?Applications are evaluated as they are received. The admission process is designed to ensure the program fits the needs of the applicant, and help assess if the applicant can meet the demands of the program. The online application requires applicants to provide details about themselves, their career progression, and their goals. Shortlisted candidates will be required to go through a round of interviews conducted either in-person or over the telephone. Candidates will also be required to provide two professional references who may be consulted before acceptance into the program. What do I receive upon the completion of the course?Upon completion of the Technology Leadership Program (TLP), participants will receive a Technology Leadership Program Certificate from MIT Professional Education indicating completion of this rigorous program.
