How was your overall experience of the program?
The program gave me a better understanding of business management topics and made me a much better professional than I was before. The lessons from the program have made me a better business manager. Secondly, even amidst the global pandemic, my classmates, professors, and the Northwest team supported and encouraged me throughout the program’s duration.
What were your biggest takeaways from the program?
Here are my 2 biggest takeaways from the program. First, since I was doing the program while working, it taught me about prioritizing and scheduling. Second, I learned theoretical lessons by applying them at work, which helped me understand concepts better. There are many more that I look forward to applying in my career.
How has the program impacted you?
I complete this program with a lot of hopes and look forward to what the future holds for me. I have developed a refined approach to problem solving, gained a deeper sense of understanding when taking on new projects, and approached new people with the intention of gaining meaningful connections.
