What was your overall experience of the program?
The entire program has been really rejuvenating for me. The last week of the program was especially a very immersive experience. I had the opportunity to listen to stalwarts from the Indian industry, from people who have laid the foundation of where we are now to people driving the new age of the Indian growth story. It was great to hear the views from both sides of the spectrum.
Was there something that stood out for you in the program?
It was exciting to see how they all spoke on a common theme of global, local, geopolitical, population tipping point, age of populations, etc., opportunity for India and how everything seems to be converging. As part of the immersion week, we also got to visit with the senior management of highly successful Indian organizations. It was great to see the success of our homegrown organizations at a global scale and in niche spaces such as automotive component manufacturing, geospatial technology, and health foods.
