The Effect of Working from Home

While working from home and managing household responsibilities was hard for everyone, a survey from Harvard Business School Online revealed that people experience more growth than usual at their job as well as at home.

The study revealed that although initially some people missed certain aspects of going to work to a physical office, once they realized that they were able to grow at work and their personal lives, they wanted the option of flexibility.

This ‘working from home’ survey revealed some of the following changes – 59% made health a priority, 70% made healthier meals at home, 81% either don’t want to go back to a physical office or would prefer a flexible schedule in future, and 44% increase the amount they exercised.
