Ram Ojha is the global head, digital collaborations at HCL Technologies. With approximately 20 years of experience, his expertise lies in providing thought leadership for continued incubation, solutions, and the implementation of innovative, robust and secure digital collaboration solutions to global customers. He works closely with sales leadership in each country to deliver the required sales revenue, gross profit, services and growth metrics in the respective technology and service areas. He helps customers transform their operating model, end user experience, and customer journeys using cloud architecture (UCaaS), artificial intelligence (AI), mixed reality, robotic process automation (RPA), machine learning, data management, and more.
Why did you choose to pursue the UCLA PGP PRO at this stage of your career?
Accelerating your career and enhancing your value to your employer is often two sides of the same coin. I needed to expand my management and leadership skill set to push my career forward. I was looking for a structured program which is led by esteemed faculty members who publish papers in leading scholarly journals, receive recognition for research excellence and serve as inspirational teachers and mentors. And, I found UCLA PGP PRO.
What was your overall program experience?
It has been a significant milestone in my career journey. The program is well structured and totally relevant for a professional like myself. It is taught by inspirational faculty like Prof. Sanjay Sood, Prof. Mike Rosenberg, Prof. Alfred Osborne, Prof. Kumar Rajaram, and many others.
I feel significantly empowered in the process because of this program. My exploration of truth and reality continues in the professional realm. And what a ride it’s been.
