How was your experience during the program?
I feel incredibly grateful and humbled to have shared this experience with such an extraordinary group of brilliant, resourceful, and driven individuals. We explored the ever-evolving landscape of health care policy, regulation, and reimbursement—delving deep into the complexities of health care systems, long-term care policy, private equity’s role in health care, and the critical intersection of innovation and patient outcomes. The potential is there; we just need the collective will and effort to make it accessible to all. These discussions reinforced just how intricate and multifaceted our industry is, but also how much opportunity there is for positive change. The learning, connections, and shared passion for improving health care will stay with me for a long time. My time spent with the faculty, speakers, and fellow participants made for an unforgettable experience.
Has the program changed your outlook on your career in any way?
The brainpower in the lecture hall was unmatched, and while we spent much time dissecting the challenges of today, I left with no doubt that the future of health care is bright because of the people leading it. I can’t wait to see all the incredible achievements that will emerge from this group in the years ahead.
How did you apply the program learnings to your work?
The sessions on cancer care delivery particularly resonated with me, and I’m excited to bring these insights back to my colleagues as we continue pushing forward in our mission. As I returned to my organization, I did so with an even deeper commitment to putting patients first.
