How was your overall experience of the program?
The program has been a whirlwind of learning and growth, deeply diving into healthcare change management, digital health, and healthcare policy.
Has the program changed your outlook on your career in any way?
Absolutely. The program reinforced my belief that being a global healthcare leader is not a privilege – it’s a deep-seated commitment and responsibility. The insights I gained inspired me to co-found the Global Healthcare Leaders Foundation, focusing on addressing complex healthcare challenges through innovative, value-based solutions. The experience also reaffirmed the power of community and collaboration; the energy around the Foundation reflects the extraordinary potential we have to drive meaningful change in healthcare systems worldwide. Together, we’re building a healthier future.
Do you have any key takeaways from this program?
One of my greatest takeaways is the power of connection – both professionally and personally. The friendships I’ve formed during this program have been a profound part of the journey, offering inspiration and support that will last far beyond the classroom. On a personal note, I hope to set an example for my three daughters – my greatest inspiration – and for other young women, that with determination and purpose, they can shape the future of healthcare and make a meaningful impact.
