Her expertise lies in artificial intelligence, digital transformation, leadership, and mentorship to develop and implement programs, policies, and processes that enhance efficiency, quality, and compliance, value-based payment strategies, regional facilities management – regulatory and governance efforts, complex contract negotiations, program development and execution – leadership and mentorship, and continuous improvement. How was your overall experience of the program?
The caliber of professors and the depth of the curriculum have left me in awe. I wanted to take a bold step to be a catalyst for change in our dynamic healthcare landscape. Being part of the esteemed Global Health Care Leaders Program from Harvard Medical School Executive Education has been a game-changer.
A notable aspect of our program was the emphasis on change management strategies, underscoring their pivotal role in ensuring successful clinical innovation.
Was there anything that stood out to you during the program?
That would definitely be our first in-person experience. It was a revelation, delving into pivotal topics like new models of care delivery, the future of healthcare, value-based care delivery, health equity, patient experience, leadership strategies to navigate this ever-evolving healthcare landscape, and more.
What are your key takeaways from the program?
There have been a few. One of the key takeaways was the profound impact of digital innovation on both patients and providers. During our sessions, we discussed our pivotal roles as leaders in driving digital transformation within the healthcare landscape, navigating the journey from disruption to scaled transformation.
Another was exploring the forefront of digital transformation in healthcare, with a deep dive into the realm of artificial intelligence and its manifold applications. We also delved into the nuances of analytical and generative AI, deciphering how these technologies are reshaping healthcare delivery and patient outcomes. From enhancing diagnostic accuracy to optimizing treatment plans, the potential of AI in revolutionizing healthcare is boundless.
One more significant highlight was elucidating the indispensable role of the Chief Digital Officer in spearheading organizational change and fostering a culture of innovation. We dissected the opportunities AI presents in healthcare alongside the inherent challenges, emphasizing the need for thoughtful implementation strategies.
We also explored the concept of reimagining a digitized healthcare delivery system, envisioning a future where technology seamlessly integrates with patient care to augment outcomes.

It is truly astonishing, the network of visionary leaders who now stand as my colleagues and extended Harvard Medical School Executive Education family. Together, we’re poised to revolutionize healthcare on a global scale.
