How was your overall experience of the program?
I had the privilege of joining a remarkable group of talented and accomplished fellows from across the globe, representing different segments of the healthcare ecosystem. I feel energized and inspired from this enriching experience, especially regarding discussions on advancing healthcare in our regions.
How has this program impacted your professional life?
This unique experience is a call to action, challenging the business-as-usual mindset and driving me to explore new ways to improve the access, quality and sustainability of health systems. With plenty of opportunities to create value, improving access and quality in the healthcare sector, I feel it’s time to act on these opportunities and lead the transformation starting in our communities.
Do you have any key takeaways from this program?
Among many highlights, Prof. Dr. Gregg Meyer’s reflection resonated deeply with me: “Throughout my career, my job has essentially been change management”. If solving problems requires doing things differently, then leading change is fundamental. Moving beyond MedTech’s classic boundaries and fostering intersectoral collaboration are key topics for me.
