How was your experience during the program?
I’m inspired by my cohort’s deep desire to help humanity – it reminds me that there are phenomenal people in this world, people who are absolutely brilliant and who will continue to strive to make it a better place. I’m excited and humbled to be a part of it. It was wonderful to be back with my colleagues and friends to discuss the future of AI, and what it means for global healthcare leaders. I am so energized by our time together with this cohort.
Do you have any key takeaways from this program?
One of my takeaways is that organizations are hesitant to change, especially when things are going well. I also learned that value-based care is the driver of change. I realized that the most important question to ask is “How does it integrate?” and we should consider AI as a digital workforce. The discussions and conversations also focused on the biggest trends, opportunities, and challenges we are facing related to GLP-1s, specialty gene therapies, and biosimilars.
Has the program changed your outlook on your career in any way?
It’s been an amazing journey with my peers and colleagues. Feeling very thankful for all that I’m taking away from this program and this inspiring cohort.
