How was your overall experience of the program?
It was an incredible journey and I was humbled by learning together with great leaders from all over the world. As I reflect on the program, I am reminded that nothing shapes our professional and personal fulfillment more than the quality of our relationships.
How was your learning experience?
I was inspired by the expert faculty who generously shared their knowledge and experience, especially Prof. Stanley Shaw, Prof. Ted James, and Prof. John Glaser. It was truly incredible to hear from established speakers and industry experts. Leadership is a mission not just a job. The journey of learning and development is never over!
As Ronald Reagan once said, “The greatest leader is not necessarily the one who does the greatest things. He is the one that gets the people to do the greatest things.”
What was your experience with your cohort?
Being a part of the group, united by the passion for excellence, and being able to learn from the peers, was a mindset-shifting experience for me. I couldn’t be more excited to continue the journey with this exceptional group and challenge each other to grow!
