How was your overall experience of the program?
It is a transformative journey made extraordinary by incredible people and the powerful leadership principles of University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. And I had the privilege to share this journey with inspiring individuals – my cohort and the faculty – each of whom contributed to the unique beauty of my program experience.
What is your primary takeaway from the program?
For me it was the school’s four defining leadership principles:
- Question the Status Quo: Thriving at the innovation epicenter, challenging norms, and pushing boundaries.
- Confidence Without Attitude: Leadership rooted in humility, collaboration, and lifting others as you climb.
- Students Always: Embracing a perpetual student mindset for continuous growth and adaptation. And last but not least,
- Beyond Yourself: Igniting a passion for making a positive impact on others and the world.
I’m excited to apply these learnings and continue the journey!
