Based on certain insights from Project Aristotle, a study conducted by Google to collect data on teamwork, in this video, Coding Tech discloses the secrets for accomplishing effective and successful teamwork.

The video mentions that the chief objective of the study by Google was to determine specific traits that govern most successful teams. There were two major common patterns of behavior that came up through the study which seemed to aid successful teamwork. The first factor that seemed to facilitate the success of a team was the equal participation and interaction on the part of all the members of the team, thereby, ensuring better performance by virtue of the augmented combined intelligence. The second factor that emerged as a common aspect in successful teams was that the members of such teams were sensitive to and in tune with the emotional response of their fellow counterparts.

The conclusion of the study by Google, therefore, revealed that it was not the individuals who determined the success of a team. Rather, the video by Coding Tech states that as per the results of the project, it was the capability of team members to duly communicate, coordinate and collaborate through the culmination of a psychologically secure ambiance, which seemed to further successful teamwork.
