Individuals are regularly overwhelmed by a huge quantity of work that must be accomplished in a short period of time, making it difficult to keep up with the strain. When workers find it difficult to complete their tasks, they typically have to compromise on either the quality of their output or their work-life balance. However, neither of these two solutions helps the status of the workforce. Having to turn in work that you know could have been done better if you had a little more time, or losing your personal time to work may gradually lead to diminished job satisfaction and, as a consequence, reduced retention, quiet quitting, and, in the extreme, resigning.
