Do You Wonder Where Our Minds Wander?

Researchers have identified a way to measure brain activity and track the flow of our internal thought processes to determine when the mind is not focused, especially after concentrating on an assignment.

Researchers used an electroencephalogram (EEG) to measure the brain activity of people while they performed mundane attention tasks. They were able to identify brain signals that reveal when the mind is not focused on the task at hand or aimlessly wandering, or fixated.
