We all know the importance of saying “no”, though many of us dread having to do it. One key aspect of avoiding overcommitment and burnout at work is learning to say this simple word. Knowing when and how to denying is crucial and easier for some than others. A majority of no’s that have reason and timing behind tend to be well received.
With to-do lists growing, the individuals that know how to continually reprioritize are able to avoid burnout, increase influence, and enhance their reputation. The key to denying is as opening a door to other opportunities.
Participants will :
• Learn how to have an organizational focus when saying “no”
• Say “no” to the chaos and “yes” to your goals
