Navigating workplace environments and relationships can be challenging given competing priorities and interests at play across positions. By learning how to effectively communicate with your manager(s) and colleagues, you can enhance your productivity, strengthen your messaging/brand, set expectations and boundaries, and contribute to your overall leadership and growth. In this Monday Management & Leadership session, Jasmine Thomas, MBA, MSW, will share considerations and strategies for employing two critical aspects of interpersonal communication and collaboration in the workplace–“managing up” and across your teams. You will explore ways to manage these relationships with respect, honesty, and grace in order to achieve mutual success. By participating in this webinar, you will leave with 3-5 practices you can incorporate into your workplace to better manage your professional relationships with your manager(s) and colleagues.
