For anyone moving up the ranks within an organisation, promotion can be a mixed blessing. Often people are promoted to leadership roles because they are good at what they currently do BUT they are often not prepared for the next step. This half-day workshop will help individuals transition into their new roles. We will cover topics such as:

1. Understanding what it means to be a Supervisor, Manager or Director
2. Communicating effectively with peers, line managers and your team effectively
3. Managing your Stress and those you have a Duty of Care for
4. Working SMARTER
5. Getting off of the right foot.
6. Performance Management.
7. Understanding the individuals Contribution.

I have designed this workshop to help people get started in their new leadership role. This can be used as an initial step in a training programme whilst more formal ILM training is undertaken. I have purposely opened this group to anyone involved in management at whatever level as the group discussions can help individuals whether Supervisors, Managers or Directors understand how their behaviours can affect others.
