In this session, you will learn how to:
• Build your empath muscle, the gateway to understanding oppression
• Set intentional boundaries for your marginalized identities
• Build trust in areas where you access power
• Identify ways to make your interpersonal sphere safer for marginalized people
• Get curious about what your workplace is doing well and what areas need improvement.
