Nishant Agrawal is the Chief Projects Officer at Omkar Realtors & Developers Pvt Ltd. With over 12 years of experience, he has 9 years of experience with L&T Construction as well. His expertise lies in real estate P&L and end-to-end delivery of the project. He is currently handling a portfolio of 5.5 mn sq ft saleable area including on-going projects and upcoming developments. He was part of the UCLA PGP PRO 2021-22 cohort and shares his experience of the program.
How was your overall program experience?
This program has enhanced my business acumen and will complement my work experience and technical background very well. It was a rigorous journey which demanded a commitment of 500+ hours within a span of 1 year. It comprised 4 broad areas – business strategy, organization and leadership, corporate finance, and entrepreneurship. Also, upcoming fields like design thinking, digital marketing, LEAN principles, importance of AI/ML etc. were touched upon during this program.
How was your experience with the faculty?
The professors came from a rich experience and professional background. They shared their experiences with us during their live sessions and workshops, enriching our learning as it was not based on just theory but in fact on the real business world. The live sessions as well as the in person workshops were very helpful in grasping the concepts and applications in depth.
