Nico Mallillin is the Head of People at SeaBank Philippines, Inc. (A Rural Bank). He is well-versed with the different facets of HR having approximately 12 years of experience in working with diverse talents – leading highly millennial organizations and working with senior leaders from different generations and nationalities. Nico has worked with leading brands such as GCash, Globe Telecom, and more. He aspires to enhance HR by bringing global best practices to the organizations he is part of and is passionate about continuous growth and learning. He was part of the NUS HRLP 2023 cohort and shares his experience of the program.
How was your overall program experience?
This program is a very comprehensive and immersive leadership program for global HR leaders. It is focused on the future of work and the associated opportunities for HR leaders to strengthen and enable their organizations for the digital era.
What was the highlight of the program for you?
The focus on leading-edge human resources transformation that is creating a paradigm shift enabling industries to leapfrog challenges. And I am extremely happy to have completed the program.
