K K Thomas is the DGM – Group Admin & Compliance at Hotpack Global, with more than 30 years of experience and a strong foundation in the field of HR. He has worked with companies such as Avenue Hotels and Resorts Pvt. Ltd., Mangalam Publications (I) Pvt. Ltd., ICDS Limited, Mirsal Group, and Hotpack Global. His expertise lies in commercial operations, people management, employee engagement, and organizational culture, payroll administration, and compliance management with a broad industry exposure in India and UAE. He was part of the NUS HRLP 2022 cohort and shares his experience of the program.
How was the overall program experience?
This has been an exciting program experience, from going back to the classroom, having group discussions, assignments, and completing projects. Learning is a never-ending process.

The wonderful lessons shared with my peers were delivered by the amazing NUS faculty, including Prof. Michael Jenkins, Prof. Andrew Delios, Ms. Shaily Gupta, Prof. Guo Lei. They provided great insights, support and guidance throughout the program.
