Leena Mathews is a Specialist at Microsoft, with over 19 years of experience in the IT and telecommunications industry, Leena has a strong technical sales acumen in influencing and driving the customers’ transformation and growth through innovative cloud services, enterprise mobility, social productivity and unified communication. During her various roles she has served as a telco technology strategist and has a deep understanding of the business priorities of customers with the ability to match those priorities to technical capabilities. She was part of the NUS AMP 2022 – 2023 cohort and shares her experience of the program.
How was your overall experience of the program?
Thanks to the program, I feel ready to take on any challenge and create value for my customers and my organization. It helped me develop a global perspective and the expertise to apply what I learned. It was a comprehensive learning journey that aimed to build future-ready capabilities through real-world case studies and interactions.
How was your experience with the faculty?
The faculty was exceptional. Under the guidance of the distinguished NUS Business School faculty like Prof. Andrew Delios, Prof. Michael Jenkins, Prof. Yoshi Mitsui, and industry leaders like Manoj Kohli, Vinay Piparsania and others, I acquired invaluable practical insights, tools, best practices, and the real-world expertise that will enable me to harness growth opportunities for customers as well as my organization.
Was there anything that stood out for you in the program?
My fellow participants who were part of this journey with me. I got to network and collaborate with some awesome peers from around the world who shared their experiences and perspectives. NUS AMP was a game-changer for me and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to grow their career and business.
