Abhik Panda is the Business Process Improvement Lead at SLB, with more than 19 years of experience and a strong problem solving management role. He has expertise in leading teams, project management, customer management, digital transformation, technical consultancy, and robotic process automation. He has worked with companies such as IBM, Herbalife, PwC, Oracle, CMG Online, and DIC India Limited. He has worked on overcoming complex business challenges and making high-stakes decisions within fast-paced high-pressure environments. He was part of the NUS AMP 2022 – 2023 cohort and shares his experience of the program.
How was your overall experience of the program?
This intensive program equips professionals with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in today’s fast-paced business environment. Through the program, we delved into topics of strategy, leadership, and finance while also gaining knowledge in emerging areas such as digital business and transformation, marketing analytics, and growth hacking.
What stood out to you about the program?
Definitely, the NUS Business School faculty and my fellow participants made this journey an enriching and memorable one. Under the guidance of the distinguished faculty of NUS AMP and industry experts, I was able to gain invaluable practical insights, tools, and best practices. The program emphasized the application of strategic insights and leadership practices, enabling me to establish myself as a transformational business leader. How was the peer group experience?
One of the most valuable aspects of the program was the opportunity to collaborate with high-achieving peers from around the world. Through the various real-world case studies and interactive sessions, we developed a global perspective and learned how to apply research-driven insights to drive growth. This experience has truly broadened my horizons and provided me with the expertise to make a significant impact in my field.
