Jamunharany Krishnan is the Manager for Human Resources and Admin at Trovicor. With approximately 30 years of experience, she has worked with brands such as ARA TechBis Sdn Bhd, Anaplan, and UMW Industrial Power Sdn Bhd to develop extensive experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives. Her expertise lies in attracting and retaining top talent, creating and executing effective recruitment and retention programs, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration. With strong communication skills and a deep understanding of labor laws and compliance, she fosters positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization and drives organizational success through effective HR leadership and strategic planning. How was your overall experience of the program?
This six-month journey has been intense, rewarding, and incredibly enriching. Throughout this program, we delved into a plethora of topics that are instrumental in shaping the future of HR. From the best practices in human capital management to the latest strategic frameworks and advancements in digital and technological landscapes, this program is an invaluable platform for continuous growth and learning.
What is your one key takeaway from this program?
One of the key takeaways from this immersive experience was our exploration of performance management strategies tailored to a dynamic environment, particularly one that is increasingly populated by a younger workforce. The insights gained will undoubtedly contribute to our ability to adapt and thrive in an ever-changing professional landscape.
Is there anything you learned during the program that stood out to you?
I am especially grateful for the emphasis placed on diversity and inclusion initiatives. Also, the discussions on evolving organizational goals for a rapidly growing and scaling workplace were particularly enlightening. The knowledge gained has equipped us with a strategic mindset, essential for steering the organization toward success in the face of challenges posed by expansion and scalability.
