How was your overall experience of the program?
Participating in this journey along with a diverse cohort has been a remarkable experience. Despite juggling full-time professional responsibilities, we committed to weekly sessions, sacrificing Friday nights and Saturdays. While some question the value of post-tertiary education, I’ve realized its essence lies not just in knowledge acquisition but in the journey itself.
Throughout this program, grit became a guiding principle—resilience in the face of challenges, the determination to push past limits, and the willingness to embrace discomfort as a catalyst for growth. From late-night study sessions to collaborative projects, we strengthened our resolve, learned to navigate complexities, and built connections that will last a lifetime.
What is your one takeaway from the program?
This journey has underscored a powerful lesson in leadership. It’s not just about leading from the front but also about cultivating collaboration, empathy, and a shared sense of purpose. Each of us had opportunities to inspire, guide, and uplift one another, redefining what it means to lead. While AI may be the smartest tool available, it is the human qualities of a good leader—compassion, vision, and integrity—that are essential to shaping a better world in every aspect.
How has this program impacted your professional life?
As we move forward in our professional lives, we carry with us the lessons of grit and leadership. This journey has left an indelible imprint on us—one that surpasses any specific destination. We are shaped by the challenges we overcome and the impact we make, and this program has reinforced the importance of perseverance, adaptability, and the courage to lead with purpose.
