Jit Heng Lee is the Global Commodity Manager at Agilent Technologies. With over 15 years of experience working in strategic procurement and category management, his expertise lies in strategy development, negotiation, cost optimization, strategy sourcing, and more. He was part of the NUS AMP 2023-24 cohort and has shared his experience of the program.
How was your overall experience of the program?
The journey has been very rewarding and I’m proud to have reached this milestone. This learning journey required a weekly commitment to complete the recorded learning material and attend lectures.
How was your experience with the faculty?
I am grateful for the professors, especially Prof. Andrew Delios, Prof. Michael Jenkins, Prof. Yoshi Mitsui, Prof. Markus Keiper, Dr. Guo Lei and the others for designing the learning material and maintaining their enthusiasm and energy to share their tools and knowledge with us. The depth of knowledge and practical skills that I have gained under their guidance will stay with me for a long time.
How has this program impacted your professional life?
As I reflect on the knowledge and insights gained from this course, I am confident that they will serve me well in my professional endeavors. The valuable lessons learned will undoubtedly contribute to my personal and professional growth in meaningful ways. This program also allowed me to meet new friends from diverse industries.
