Why did you choose to participate in MIT PE TLP?
I chose this program because of my interest in technology, and this program dives into technologies that are new and upcoming at the same time as they have evolved in recent years in different industries. I was specifically interested in newer technologies and their applicability.
What was your favorite part of the program?
In the program, one thing that stood out for me was how, in the first few lectures, a distinction was made between leadership and management. That gave a whole new outlook to the way I managed work. Another was the valuable insights from Prof. Sanjay Sharma on how to apply your learnings in the real world and how a change in perspective makes you see the same world in a different way.
How was your peer group experience?
It was a very interesting experience as there were participants from different industries, such as banking, energy, and the technology sector, who are experts in their fields, coming together and giving their insights during classroom discussions. Everyone worked together on the projects and gave their input on how to make their projects successful.
