He says that we are moving into an almost obsessive focus on the need for digital skills. This has led to a lack of focus on the need for moral upskilling over future of work upskilling.
Since AI is used in the process of decision-making, it is also important that AI can read ethics. That conversation is important but that idea has made us assume AI can develop its own moral compass. In which case, ethics will be its choice.
