Making Real Change for Employee Mental Health and Well-being

Greg Hodge, the global knowledge leader for the consumer sector at Russell Reynolds Associates (RRA), talks about how leaders across industries can make the necessary changes when it comes to employees’ mental health and well-being.

He explained the importance of mental and emotional health and how it affects employees and their performance. He also explained that 94% of leaders know they should focus on mental health and well-being, but 14% think they are prepared for the task.

He insists on the ability to see and consider things from other people’s perspectives to be able to understand the reasons behind their actions and decisions. It is important to lead with empathy, especially during a time like the present. He also discusses the solutions and advice his company was able to share with their clients.
