Program: The Berkeley Executive Leadership Program
The Berkeley Executive Leadership training will dramatically change the way I do my day to day work. It was exceptional! I was impressed by the intellectually stimulating curriculum and the outstanding faculty. The program helped me take a step back and have a 360-degree overview of my leadership style, my organizational culture and the kind of mindset a leader needs to be successful. I also appreciated the feedback I received from colleagues and peer coaches at the program, as well as the one-on-one professional coach discussions.

I had customer visits scheduled the week after attending UC Berkeley’s Product Management Program. The session on Customer Design got me so charged, I decided to scrap my existing agenda and apply what I learned. Instead of preaching, I listened. As a result, I learned about higher level needs, not just utilitarian features. The Program has already been invaluable in discussions with my design team!

Program: Financial Analysis for Non-Financial Executives
This was my sixth or seventh week of Exec Ed at Haas, and it lived up to the quality I have come to expect from my sessions at the school. The content, instruction and fellow participants were all first rate, and overall I fully met my goals and learning objectives for the course. The course offered an excellent framework for Financial Analysis, and worked through all the key concepts necessary to understand the lifecycle of financial reporting, analysis and decision-making. I feel significantly more empowered in my role because I now have a greater mastery this critical second language we all need in business.

Program: The Berkeley Executive Leadership Program
The single finest inquiry into and review of past and contemporary leadership that I have encountered. The courses eclipsed pop cultural treatments of leadership, were steeped in data, and gave all of us a new understanding of leaders in general, but more importantly a customized assessment of our own styles, strengths, and opportunities to enhance our leadership value in the future
