The Strategy Leaders Program at Stanford (SLP) is a global program focused on strategic innovation that prepares you for global leadership in a rapidly changing business environment. The program will help you adapt your strategy to address challenges and harness opportunities, while remaining focused on execution and innovation, by adopting the latest technologies to propel your business and organization to new growth paradigms.

Stanford’s world-renowned faculty from across the university, along with experts from the Silicon Valley ecosystem will guide you in this 2-week learning experience. You will be immersed in a thought process that drives change faster and more efficiently, and will learn from case studies in the classroom and outside. An esteemed peer group that will come from all across the globe will shape your learning experience and develop into an enviable network of like-minded achievers with a common agenda to drive growth and make the world a better place.


The intensive two-week program at Stanford University Campus in Stanford, CA will focus on building your various strengths and applying best-in-class frameworks to develop your strategy and redefine it in the face of challenges. This learning will be enhanced with the application of disruption and innovation mechanisms to make sure that you are responding appropriately to the changing market dynamics as well as preparing for the future in the face of changing customer requirements as well as the competition. The innovation process takes center stage in learning with design thinking principles and application use cases from various industries. A capstone project spanning the entire program will require you to actively use the learning gained during the program and work on strategic solution to a contextual organisational problem.

Strategy Leaders Program at Stanford (SLP) is designed for senior business leaders, like yourself, who lead organizations or business units, as well as high potential and emerging stars within organizations with several years of management experience, who direct specific functional areas of a dynamic enterprise. SLP follows a rolling admissions (earlier application, earlier consideration) process and participant applications are evaluated as soon as they are received. The required details are outlined below.

Shortlisted candidates might be required to go through an interview before they are accepted into the program. This interview may be conducted in person or over the telephone.

Please Note:

  • The early application and acceptance round increases your chances of acceptance in the program by 50%.
  • Considering the limited seats in the program and first-come, first-served admission process, it is always more beneficial for candidates to apply as soon as possible. 
  • Your application can be placed on the waiting list. If you are not offered final admission for the current program, you might be offered a place in the next year’s program. In this case, your application fee will then be considered for the next year’s program. 
  • Application fee is refunded only in the case an applicant is not offered admission to the program. 


The program fee for SLP is USD 20,000 inclusive of all taxes. It covers teaching fees, all academic materials, lunches, and select dinners. The fee does not include transport expenses (domestic or international), any associated visa fees etc., and accommodation. It also does not cover any other expenses that are not expressly mentioned above.
