Program faculty consists of Senior industry executives who have significant experience in their respective fields such as Management, Finance, HR, Marketing, Consulting, etc. and have had a average career span of 15 plus years with increasing responsibilities in leadership positions. They have attended top schools both in India and globally, with Harvard, Stanford, Wharton, IIMs, ISB and IITs being representative in their backgrounds. Most of our faculty members have significant industry experience, both in business and financial leadership roles with leading multinational organizations such as McKinsey, BCG, Bain, PWC, Accenture, Unilever, P&G, Tata,  American Express, Morgan Stanley, Citibank, JP Morgan, Wipro, Infosys, TCS, Schneider, etc. They love to teach, are great facilitators, coaches and mentors and are looking to add significant value to themselves in the process.


To keep the program industry focused, a number of our classes are conducted by current industry leaders. Our students interact with CXOs, Senior Executives, Entrepreneurs and VCs which gives them insiders view of the role, industry and functional area. Some of the senior professionals who have been a part of the Northwest guest sessions are:

Sunder Hemrajani, COO of Times OOH, visited Northwest College on 6th October 2012. He shared his experience of working with Hindustan Unilever Limited and the challenges he faced in his career with the students.
N. V. Ramanan, a Chemical Engineer by training, he has held senior level positions with companies such as Honeywell, HindMaxGB and DSM. In his last role with DSM, he was the President of DSM India and the Chairman and Managing Director of DSM Anti-Infectives India. He left DSM in 2009 to pursue his passion of helping find a solution to the chronic malnutrition problem in India and started Nextra Tech. He gave a motivational speech to students and shared his experience in Corporate World and his research work with students.
Dr. R. M. Kastia, CEO and Director at Board Level for several years in various Public Limited Companies. He was the Managing Director of Himachal Futuristic Communications Limited (HFCL) till 2004. He continues to be on Board of HFCL and he is also whole-time Director of HTL Limited, a subsidiary company of HFCL.
Gagan Anand, Country Head of Torus Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd, a US based MNC which deals in Property, Casualty and Specialty Insurance. He discussed in detail about Insurance Sector, Torus as an organization, and his career path and career prospects in Insurance Sector
Anuj Sharma, Chief Financial Controller of Uniworld FZE, Dubai UAE. He shared his experience of working in Dubai, comparison between the sectors, Real Estate, Trading, Banking and Manufacturing, where he has worked was made by him for students of Northwest College. He also brought in a comparison between UAE and India as markets and Career Avenues.
Max Gabriel, SVP and CTO – India and Africa, Pearson, leading education content publication. Having previously worked as a VP with Diageo and Senior Director with Pfizer, Max gave valuable insights to the students regarding various opportunities in the education industry and in the area of Enterprise Architecture.
Jaganath Swamy, VP at HarbourVest Asia, a Hong-Kong based Venture Capital and Private equity firm is an IIT Alumni and has done his MBA from the Wharton Business School. He shared his experience of the Private equity sector with the students. Having previously worked with companies like Northgate Capital and McKinsey, he enlightened the students about various available career paths.
Mayank Srivastav, Head of Business Development – India and MENA Region, Solar Park Ltd. is an IIT Alumni and has done his MBA from the London Business School. He spoke about his career progression from a Summer Intern at Macquarie to his current position. He motivated the students to go after their dreams until they fulfill them.
Maninder Gulati is a Vice President at Lightspeed Venture Capital. He has done his B.Tech from IIT Mumbai and MBA from ISB Hyderabad. Having worked in leading organizations like ITC and McKinsey, he shared with the students his experiences and interacted with them regarding various career options.
