Making Innovation Outposts in Entrepreneurial Ecosystems More Successful
It is becoming increasingly important for multinational companies to be connected to entrepreneurial ecosystems such as Silicon Valley. This is because entrepreneurial ecosystems like these are a hub for disruptive technologies and business models. In order to do this these companies open what are called ‘innovation outposts’ within these ecosystems but the mere existence of these outposts in these locations is not enough and doesn’t yield the required results.
