Successfully Transitioning From Senior Management To The Executive Suite

There are two transitions in a management career that require a fundamental shift in the behaviour of leaders:

1. Going from an individual contributor to a manager of people.
2. Leap from senior manager to the executive suite.

Promotions that come between these two transitions require taking on more and more scale, but these two transitions are inherently different and require leaders to do their job differently.
